Because prolonged illness and disabling injuries can happen without warning, we offer Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Plans to provide income protection if are out of work due to a serious illness or injury.
Short-Term Disability (STD): The STD Plan provides you with an income if you’re disabled and unable to perform the duties of your job due to a non-occupational illness or injury.
Long-Term Disability (LTD): The LTD Plan pays a percentage of your base pay if serious illness or injury prevents you from working for an extended period of time.
New for 2023! Caregiving Program. The program consists of two components, Caregiver Leave and Parental Leave.
Caregiver Leave: Provides paid time off to care for and support a parent, spouse, or child with health care needs, offer support with a legal matter, and assist with long term care arrangements.
Parental Leave: Provides paid time off to bond and care for a newborn child or a newly adopted or foster child.
